Orders and Confirmation
Submitting checkout details creates an order request. Orders are subject to stock verification, payment review, delivery availability, and manual confirmation by Chachaka Fums before shipping.
Manual Payments
GCash, Maya, and bank transfer payments are reviewed manually. Customers must send the exact total amount and upload proof of payment. Payment is not considered confirmed until our team verifies receipt.
Pricing and Errors
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. If a pricing, stock, or product error occurs, Chachaka Fums may contact you to correct, cancel, or update the order before fulfillment.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on address, courier availability, weather, holidays, and order volume. Risk of delay from courier or incomplete address information is outside our direct control.
Returns and Damaged Items
Perfume and fragrance products are personal-use items. Returns are reviewed case by case and are generally accepted only for incorrect, damaged, or defective items reported promptly with photos and order details.
Reseller and Bulk Terms
Bulk, gifting, and reseller requests are subject to approval, payment terms, territory considerations, and available supply. Chachaka Fums may decline reseller applications at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chachaka Fums is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, misuse of products, or allergic reactions. Customers should review ingredients and usage suitability before purchase.
